You made the jump. Help the next person make it.
On Primr, athletes and veterans ask the questions they wouldn’t post under their own name. The best answers come from people who’ve already done it. Help when you have a minute, on your terms, under a display name.
Ten minutes can change someone’s first year
No mentoring calendar to fill and no commitment. You see who needs an answer and help where you know the ground.
Open asks that still need answers show up under “Help someone” on your home feed. Reply when you have something useful to say.
Reply “I can help” to offer an intro or a conversation. The person asking decides whether to take you up on it.
Once you reach Captain, write a short guide to something you know cold, like a first 90 days or a negotiation.
List your company on the Roster with an offer for members, and hire or refer people you trust.
If your company is hiring, apply for employer access and post roles members can apply to.
Your profile shows how many members you’ve helped. Helpful answers earn points toward real gear, and the year’s top contributor wins a grand prize.
Help without the inbox flood
Being generous shouldn’t mean being buried in messages. Primr is built so experienced members can help without giving up their privacy or their week.
You stay in control
- Display name only. Nobody can look you up, and your real name, unit, school and employer stay private.
- Messages are requests. A first message waits for you to accept or decline, and you can block anyone.
- Limits on who can reach out. Members need some points on Primr, or a founding seat, before they can start a conversation, and can start only five a day.
- Verified on both sides. Everyone asking has been checked by a person, just like you.
Make the jump with people who’ve made it.
Founding members are free for life. Verification usually takes under 48 hours.
